No se qué pasó con este post, lo había colgado ayer, pero al parecer blogger amaneció de mal humor.
Estaba revisando The Sartorialist junto con otros fashion blogs, como parte de mi rutina diaria, y me detuve en una foto por un tiempo que ahora encuentro indefinido, en estado de conmoción. No podía creer lo que mis ojos veían, pero al cabo de un rato terminé de asimilar el shock. Nunca he sido fan de los ojos y el pelo claro, es más, los encuentro la mayoría de veces insulsos y desabridos, y sin duda alguna los chicos pelirrojos caben en esta categoría. Eso es lo que pensaba yo antes de encontrar en esta página de culto, una foto tomada en un día soleado en Londres, un estilo impecable y el chico con la mirada más seductora que haya visto. No soy muy fan tampoco de los modelos masculinos. En mi repetorio mental de Moda, en el archivo Modelos, la carpeta de Modelos Hombres es bastante reducida, en comparación a los miles de archivos y fotos que tengo registrados en mi disco duro mental sobre modelos femeninas. Los encuentro a la mayoría bastante sosos, tanto en fotografías como en pasarela y sólo reacciono a los nombres básicos de la industria. Es por esto mi estado de conmoción al encontrar a este chico, que recién después me enteré que era modelo, y encima nuevo en el negocio, habiendo desfilado sus primeros 5 shows en Paris.
La sensación que emana de él es seduccion total, confianza a prueba de balas. Es algo que te atrae, algo que te envuelve deliciosamente sin que apenas lo notes, algo que se adentra en tu mente y no puedes dejar ir, algo que todos quieren sentir pero es difícil de encontrar.
No puedo describirlo claramente, pero creo que he encontrado a mi musa en versión masculina. Ahora a estar atenta a sus pasos... como me encanta la moda.

I was checking The Sartorialist along with some other fashion blogs, as part of my daily routine, and stopped in a photo for an undetermined amount of time, in state of amazement. I couldn't believe what my eyes where seeing, but after a while I came to assimilate the shock. I've never been a fan of light eyes nor hair, found it most of the times bland ans tasteless, and redhead boys normally fit this category. That's what i used to thing before finding this sunny-day London shoot with a guy with the most seductive look i've ever seen. Bastien Banziec.
I'm not very fond or male models either. In my mental Fashion Desktop, in the Models file, the Male Model folder is quite reduced in comparison with the thousands of files and photos i've got on female models. I find most of them just boring in runways and editorials and i just react to the basic names in the industry. That's why my commotion when seeing this guy, that i found out just later that he was a model, a new face in the business by walking his 5 first runways in Paris.
His allure is undeniable, his seduction, total, and a bullet-proof self confidence crowns the hole package. It's something that attracts you, that wrapps you delicately without advice, something that goes deep into your mind and you just can't let go, something we all want to experience but it's so hard to get.
I can't describe it clearly, but hopefully you caught my point. I think i've found my new male model muse... god, i LOVE fashion.
